• Misuse AI features to generate harmful, deceptive, or abusive content

My Akka App is designed for general wellness and lifestyle support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

CSR Tutor — educational use

CSR Tutor is provided for educational purposes. Course content, assignments, and AI tutoring features are intended to support learning and do not constitute professional certification or employment guarantees. Institutions may impose additional terms governing student use.

Intellectual property

Cafethink and its licensors own all rights in our services, including software, content, trademarks, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it as needed to operate and improve our services.

AI-generated content

Our services may generate content using artificial intelligence. Such content may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

Disclaimer of warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAFETHINK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cafethink from claims arising out of your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
